Court Hearing & Trial Preparation - Preparing your evidence and witness statements. - Coaching on courtroom etiquette and legal argument presentation. - Providing sample questions for cross-examination. 6. Appeals & Judicial Reviews - Reviewing decisions for possible appeal grounds. - Assisting in drafting Notices of Appeal or Judicial Review Applications. - Providing legal research to support appeals.
