We advocate for workplace rights and resolve employment standards disputes. Consultation fee of $50.
Service Description
- Offers representation in tribunal matters from the initial complaint process to appeals. - Assists both employers and employees in understanding and enforcing Alberta’s workplace rights and obligations. - Helps navigate Alberta’s minimum standards regarding working conditions, wages, and other employment provisions. - Provides guidance on obtaining permits and variances when exceptions to standard requirements are needed. - Supplies educational resources to foster better understanding of employment standards and compliance measures.
